so when training with yourself...you must know splitform, so:
the only way to train(starting out) is with others, or with yourself
to train with yourself you must know splitform
when training with yourself the str+tgness+ery/3 * gravity
and 20% if you train with others
there is no bonus(i.e.20%) for playing wiht yourself
so, all of the information above is correct?

Correct.
On earth if you train by yourself you get (str + tness + e)/3 * .15 in points per day.
If you train with others, you still use the above formula, but you also get 20% of what everyone else gets.
