When registering, please make your user name the exact same as the character you are wanting to join as. When I say exactly, I mean just that, please do not create names like "Cell1850" or "Chibi Gohan rox".

After registering, goto the Message Boards and under the Joining forum, there you will find out how to submit your joining application.
