Cheating
I am very strict on cheating, but, for the most part, the only way to cheat is have more than one character at a time. If you are caught while having one or more characters on at the same time, all of your characters will be deleted and you will not be welcomed back.
All battles will be read by the person who updates it. If they see someone trying to cheat in a fight they will throw the fight out as if it never happened. If it was an honest mistake or something small, then it will be forgiven, but if it happens again, you will be punished.
