NOTE just because of the requirments doesnt mean you will be able to get the attack then and there for some attacks involve a certian amount of spirit along with energy or strength.
DeathBall : A ball of negatively charged spirit and energy formed either in the palm or by the finger tip.
Effect : 200% energy + Negative Spirit

Galik Ho : A quick big one handed beam of energy capable of destructive power.

Genocide Attack : A barrage of punches and kicks also mixed with a barrage of energy blast.
Effect : 100% strength + 100% energy

HeartWave : A heart focusing attack that squeezes on the victims heart or can be used later in the fight.
Effect : 200% strength (damage can be held until user decides to use it)

Hell's Flash : (Androids/Cyborgs only) The android uncuples their forarms and lets out a devestating barrage of energy missles pushed into the victim inwich pushes them deep into the ground.
Effect : 200% energy

Hyper Tornado : A very powerful swirling and cutting attack that slices the victim while crushing them the cuts hurt even after the attack is through.
Effect : 200% strength | 1 round cut damage = to 25% damage

Kamehameha : A powerful two handed blast formed by saying it's name it can be shot quicked but do to the lack of concentration it isnt as powerful. (Short verison = no round charge, but must be mastered to do)

Revenge Deathball : A big ball of the planets negatively charged energy inwiched is mixed with energy to create a deadly attack.(does 25% less dmg to evil fighters)
Effect : 200% energy, or charge for an extra turn and it does 250% energy

Scatter Shot : A big barrage of energy missles fired in all places of the battle field then the damage can be spread between opponets.
Effect : 200% energy (damage can be spread amoung opponets)

Self Destruct : The most powerful attack but it carries a heavy burden by erupting with rage the user can create a huge explosion of power usually a last ditch of the fighter. If the opponent can't stand the blast for example they are KOed then they are killed in the explosion
Effect : 200% strength and 200% energy(hits everyone) (kills user instantly)

Sonic Boom : A very fast barrage of punches that hits everyone in battle or well the attack damage can be spread amount the opponets.
Effect : 200% strength (damage can be spread amoung opponets)

Spirit Bomb : A big ball of positively charged planet energy added with energy to create a powerful energy attack.(does 25% less dmg to good fighters)
Effect : 200% energy, or charge for an extra turn and it does 250% energy

Thunder Flash : A powerful burning energy attack that has a certian routine charge thats then blasted at the victim causing major damage and a afterward burn damage.
Effect : 200% energy | 1 round burn damage = 25% damage
Ki Used : 75,000 | 50,000 if mastered

REQ : 250,000 energy + a good reason.
Yemma Lock : A quick big one handed beam of energy capable of destructive power.
Effect : 200% strength 2 opponets = 100% each 3 opponets = 60% each
