Requirments
- minimum intelligance of 25,000.
- 3 day learning process.
- 3 day mastering process.
- requirements do not stand for flight or spltform.
- 3 attack mastering limit
Barrier : There are two ways to this technique, one way is a shiny coating that surrounds the user the other way is a big ball that surrounds the user.(cannot block elite attacks)
Effect : Blocks 1 attack | 2 if mastered

Drunken Master : Any jackie chun fans out there? well then you should know bout this technique all that happens is the user act drunks throwing opponent off their guard making it very hard for them to dodge.
Effect : Next attack is undodgable

Energy Donation : A mystic semi useful techniqe where the user takes some of their own life and adds it to a allies.(at least 10% worth)
Effect : Allows the user to give some of their life to a opponet.

Flight : Allows flight.
Effect : Allows user to fly in and out of battle.
Hyper Active : A big inner powerup that allows the users addrenalin to flow much better thus giving them a addrenalin rush making them very hyper thus using ki doesnt effect them as much.
Effect : Cuts 50% of the next attacks ki | 1 ki free attack if mastered.

Minimizer : A very useful technique where the users shrinks to a much smaller size making it easier to move around but do to the rapid shortness the users attack damage is lowered also.
Effect : Dodge cost is cut by 1/2 | can be used twice if mastered (1/2 attack damage will in minimizer)

Namekian Language: Allows user to call upon the Namekian Dragon, Porunga.
Effect : Able to call upon Porunga

Scream Beam : Quite diffrent from the attack this scream beam is used the same way except the user screams at a opponet while shooting a weaker blast thus blocking it.
Effect : Blocks a low attack | medium if mastered.

Sheild : Used in a similar fashion sheild look and has the same effect as barrier the only diffrence is it cannot be used on the user but it can on a allie.(cannot block elite attacks)
Effect : Blocks 1 attack | 2 if mastered

Skimming : Not really a battle tecnique but a travelling technique all that happens is while concentrating deeply the user can speed up time but do to the heavy concentrtion needed the user can't do anything else while using skimming.
Effect : Speeds space travel by 1 day | 2 if mastered

Splitform : A mystic technique that alows the user to split into allowing them to train alone.
Effect : Allows the user to train with others.
Stealth : A sneaky technique all about robbery what happens is the user literaly disappears and quietly steals the opponets money and re appears as if nothing happened.
Effect : Allows user to steal $25,000(or an item of same or lesser value) from opponet | $50,000(or an item of same or lesser value) if mastered
