Requirments
- minimum intelligance of 100,000.
- 5 day learning process.
- 5 day mastering process.
- 3 attack mastering limit
Body Change : A simple but highly effectiv strong technique where the use screams "change now" shooting a yellow beam from there mouth to the opponets mouth.
Effect : Changes 1 battle stat if know | changes all battle stats if mastered.

BruteWave : A very shiny ball of light inwich puts out 17 million brutewaves resembeling the moon thus allowing a saiyan to trasform into a giant ape.
Effect : x1.5 battle stats 1/2 speed.(saiyan must have a tail)
Cleave : A big inner powerup inwich increases the % of strength attacks.
Effect : Brings the next strength attack percentage up low + 5% medium + 10% strong + 15% | can be used twice if mastered.

Double Time : A big double team attack where two fighters combine there next attack making it very hard to dodge. (undodgabl | must be same type of attack EX: strong attack/both strength or energy)
Effect : Makes next attack undodgable.
Energy Drain : (Android/cyborgs only) allows the user to suck up energy attacks into there vitality.
Effect : Absorbs 50% of next energy atack into vitality | 100% if mastered.

Extreme Growth : A trembling technique whre the user increases their muscle and physical power dramatically but due to the great gain in strength the users speed is decreased dramatically.
Effect : x2 strength 1/2 speed | 1/4 speed if mastered.

Fizzle : A big inner powerup inwih increases the % of a energy attack.
Effect : Brings the next energy attack percentage up low + 5% medium + 10% strong + 15% | can be used twice if mastered.

Mirror Image : A clear reflective shield that oponets cant see but once they attack you there attack is reflected away from you.
Effect : Next attack is shot away from you | next attack is shotback at opponet if mastered.

Mist : A very good and useful technique where the user sprays a mistly like substance in the battle area making it easier to dodge.
Effect : Allows 1 extra dodge | 2 if mastered.

Quater Split : A rare technique where the user slits into four parts dividing stats 25% each, thus making it easier to attack user can attack with all four at a time also if one of the 4 slit people are killed the user must return to normal also this can be used as a extra dodge.
Effect : Allows user to split into 4 parts.
Regeneration : Re-Growing a lost limb in battle can be extremely helpful, but only Nameks, Cell, and Buu may use it.
Effect : Regain 25% of your max vit | Regain 50% of your max vit if mastered.

Smoke Screen : A very good and usefl technique where the user makes the surrounding are explode with smoke making it easier to dodge.
Effect : Allows 1 extra dodge | 2 if mastered.
