Requirments
- The Power Level in order to use the transformation
- 3 day learning process.
Transforming in battle: You must learn this every time you gain a new transformation to use that transformation in a battle. Saiyans must learn this to use Oozaruu and Makyians to transform in battle. You will gan 5% of your int each day.
Effect : Allows you to transform in battle
Training in a transformed state : You must learn this every time you gain a new transformation to use that transformation while training. Makyians must learn this to transform while training. You will gain 10% of your int each day.
Effect : Allows you to transform while training.
